Barefooted Heroines

It has been awhile since I have posted anything. Things have been busy over the year, but now are slowing down. The thought behind the title is there are some heroines I would have loved to see barefoot or barefooted more. Let me start by saying for those who are new to my blog. I saw a documentary on the movie Star Wars. They got real deep into the meanings of the character relationships and the symbolism of the characters. I would have never imagined all that when I first saw the movie when it was released. However they showed a movie poster. It made me think of the original poster when Star Wars was released. It shows Princess Leia barefoot. I wish George Lucas would have left her barefoot in the movie. Like in the line of the character Altaira "Alta" Morbius in the movie Forbidden Planet. She was barefoot through the whole movie. I have to add Forbidden Planet is one of my favorite movies. Guess you can figure out why.

Other heroines I would love to see barefoot more. I say more, because I have seen pictures of them barefoot. One heroine is Vampirella. The other is Wonder Woman. To me those ladies barefoot are more sensual. Since Wonder Woman and Vampirella are dressed to catch the eye. Then again I a guy whose heroines are barefoot and they dress sultry.

Something For Your Reading Enjoyment
